I was having a exciting holiday in Brisbane from 1st of Oct until 6th of Oct.
At Australia National Taekwondo competition (division 11-13years)which was held in Brisbane I came second and got a silver medal.

In 2009, schools are encouraged to ‘Get Your Skates On’ for Fruit ‘n’ Veg Week. The week provides a focus for the school community to promote fruits and vegetables

Children need to eat more fruit ‘n’ veg.

• Children should eat fruit ‘n’ veg everyday.
• Healthy eating is important for children.
